Thank you for supporting me and for showing interest in my work! I can’t wait to dive into your tattoo ideas for this next round of booking—let’s create something amazing together!
Please read below:
- The tattoo minimum is $150
- Deposits are non-refundable, serious inquires only.
- Please allow up to 4-10 weeks for a response to your proposal (NO emails outside of HoneyBook and NO DM's).
- Please review your answers before submitting to make sure your info is correct!
- After submitting your form be sure to check spam for follow up email requesting references.

Reminder:
You must be at least 16 years old.
For clients 16 years or 17 years of age: in the state of Michigan a minor must have a parents/guardians consent. The minor AND parent or legal guardian shall present their driver's license AND the minor's birth certificate or legal proof of guardianship to establish the individual's authority to give the informed consent at the time of your appointment.
