Dusty Rose Ink Policies

• The tattoo minimum starts at $150 
• Deposits are non-refundable, serious inquiries only.
• All designs are made the day of no exceptions.
• Please allow up to 4 weeks for a response to your proposal (NO emails outside of HoneyBook and NO DM's).
• You must be at least 16 years old to receive a tattoo. If you're 16 or 17 years of age you are required by the state to have a birth certificate present and BOTH your driver's license and parent's driver's license.
• I work in black and grey only, no color.
• I do not do coverups or reworks on other artist's work.
• A new state law requires that if you’d like to use numbing cream, it must be prescribed by a licensed physician, and I’ll need documentation of that prescription. If numbing cream is used without my knowledge or without the required documentation, I will need to refuse service and your appointment will be canceled.

• If needed you are able to reschedule one time only and then after a new deposit is required to reschedule.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding you may not book until after.
• Dusty Rose Ink has the right to reject your appointment if you do not provide necessary documentation, notify artist of health concerns, or scars, or if the artist feels harassed, uncomfortable, or threatened in anyway.
• Any major changes to the design last minute could result in rescheduling your appointment
• If you do not show up on time you risk your appointment being rescheduled

*As always it's best to be transparent with your artist and make them aware of any situations, concerns, or any changes. It's never okay to assume they will be okay with the something.
